Ingredients

  • 4 tsp oil, 1 tsp butter, 2 cheese slices

  • 2 boiled potatoes, 2 hot dog buns

  • Vegs: 1 onion chopped, 1 Tomato, 1 capsicum chopped, chopped coriander, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 cup diced paneer

  • 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp red chili powder

  • Sauces: Tomato sauce, Mint chutney, Mustard sauce,Mayonnaise

  • Salt as per taste

Directions

  • Let's start with making the filling. Add onion and garlic paste to a pan of heated oil. Allow the onions to get golden brown. Now include the tomatoes and the pepper. Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.

  • Add the mashed potatoes, as well as the red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly. The filling mixture should be cooked for 5 minutes.

  • Add freshly chopped paneer and remove it from the heat.

  • Butter should be heated in a pan before being added to the hot dog buns. Remove it from the saucepan and apply the tomato ketchup, mustard sauce, mayonnaise, and mint chutney on it.
